The book is A4 in size and is divided into twelve monthly pouches.

Each  months pouch can hold 6 to 8 schedules.

The top of the page has spaces to write the show details, show secretary and contact number.

The pouch cover has the months calendar with room for notes.

The inside cover has a section for important telephone numbers, and the back cover has a section for Show, Show results and Show Judge.
